Suggestions for Notifications (N)

Notifications can be very helpful, but if there are a lot of notifications they are no longer helpful. It would be great if the list could be configured per user. Some thoughts for improvement:

- Allow subscribe/unsubcribe from whole departments for notifications. For example, an agent may be part of multiple departments but really only wants to focus on one department and not see all the notifications for the other department(s).

- A setting that allows you to set notifications to direct mentions only, all tickets, tickets I'm following, tickets I've edited, or tickets I'm following or edited, or tickets for accounts I own.

- Option to send an email digest once a day for whichever is set in the previous setting.
