Support Web Forms without First and Last name?

Support Web Forms without First and Last name?

Is it possible to create custom Web Forms in Zoho Support designed for registered users only without the first and last name fields?  These fields are currently required.

Also is there an option to require users to fill in custom fields created in the Support Portal when users are filling out the web form.
