Support ticket - TAT

Hi, Can you please share your TAT for resolving support tickets raised with "emergency" status?

We had raised a ticket on Monday - almost 96 hours after the event, there is no response. Not a single one. 

While I don't expect rockstar service from you, there is a reason why we marked the status as emergency. Because it was one. 

I hope you guys get your act together before it is too late.
