Suscription status when adding a ticket

Hi Community, 

We have a field that give us the information about the suscription status of the account (e.g. active, unpaid). If the end user belongs to an unpaid account, they wont be able to register a ticket.

Being said this, when we add a ticket from the + tab, the agent does not have the option to view the status of the account since the workflow rule only works when the ticket is registered, so it wont work at that stage. 



Any idea on how to visualize in an easy way the account status in this page?
