I am using Zoho One. I have a personal Gmail account and a Google Workplace (GSuite) account.

I am syncing my Google Workplace contacts with my Zoho CRM via the native Zoho Google CRM Integration.

I would like link both of my Gmail/Workspace accounts to my Zoho CRM so that any time I SEND/RECEIVE an email to/from any of my contacts, it will add these email communications to the timeline/activity/email log in Zoho CRM so there's a full history of all communication with CRM contacts.

What's the best way to set this up?

NOTE: that sometimes I may send an email from my personal Gmail account (which is not linked to Zoho) to a contact, who also exists in my Workspace account (which IS linked to Zoho). So I'm hoping that whatever I set up (maybe some kind of POP integration) it will simply look at the email address and tie it to the CRM account based on the email address... regardless of which of my two gmail accounts the emails are going to/from.

ALSO NOTE: I don't want to sync EVERY email that comes into or goes out of my 2 google accounts. I only want to sync emails that are to/from the users in my CRM contacts list.
