and we hope we can switch from zendesk to your program, as we are already

using zoho crm.

Is there a way to get a Dashboard or a Reporting on Tags.

We are a Software company and tag our tickets on different parts of our product.

Now at the end of a month or on a weekly basis, we want to see how many tickets came in with specific tags.

Is this possible?
