We’re currently exploring ways to manage tasks directly from the Zoho Desk mobile app, as some team members do not have access to the desktop version. In our case, having an accessible view of tasks or activities on mobile would make a big difference, as it allows our agents to stay updated and manage tickets effectively while on the go.
We’re wondering if anyone else has run into similar limitations and if there’s a current workaround for this, maybe by setting up a custom view or through another option. Additionally, if Zoho has any upcoming updates on task and activity integration within the mobile app, we’d be very interested in hearing about the timeline.
