Terms and conditions

This may be a basic question but it is driving me nuts

There appears to be a field that inserts standard blurb when it sees %TermsAndCondition%

There must be a place where I can change the text in this field

does anybody know where this is? I have looked on here but can't seem to find the answer I am looking for
