Test/sandbox/staging environment for Zoho Desk

Hi there,

My company is using Zoho Desk and also the API for Zoho Desk for some internally developed features. Currently, we have a dummy department "Test" to help test our features and interactions with Zoho Desk's API before integrating a new feature.
One problem is that it's taking a slot in our limited subscription (Professional - 10 departments max) so it's not really convenient, but the main issue remains that we have actually no choice but to test on an actual prod environment where our customers also interact.

Is there a way to get an actual test environment - for internal usage only? We are also planning penetration tests in the near future, and we need to not throttle our customers' experience with our support.

I've read there are sandbox environments for other products like CRM, would it be possible to have that for Desk too?
