Currently we're using Zoho Desk with Professional Edition. However, I've seen some features that I consider really interesting due to new support processes we have for new clients. For example, I'd like to test Layout Rules and Validation Rules for some days in order to analyze how can those features fit in these customer support processes, but I'm aware they're only available in Enterprise version.

Is it possible to have, then, a 15-or-30-days trial with Enterprise edition to explore the benefits it could have for our current needs?
