Hi,

I've started to create email templates and have noticed the text code used in the Subject line and body text of pre-set templates, such as:

[##${Cases.Request Id}##] ${Cases.Subject}

Is there a list anywhere of what these data extraction codes are, or how they work?  I'm trying to figure out how much data I can automate into our replies.
