Ever since we started building Zoho Desk, our only aim has been to create a product that uses context to help agents, managers, and customers have meaningful conversations with each other. In the true spirit of practicing what we preach, the customer service team at Zoho was the first to use Zoho Desk. We decided to launch the product publicly only after our internal customers endorsed it. 

After we launched Zoho Desk, many of you have expressed your love for the product. Some of you have also given us specific ideas on how to improve the product to make it even more useful. 

We've heard your concerns and will do our best to address them. The team is now working on the following items:

  • Super Compact View: To bring access to more tickets in the list view.

  • A Smart Ticket View: To reduce the number of clicks, it takes to view tickets and provide easier navigation between them.

  • A Collapsible Left Panel: To help you vary the amount of information you'd like to see on your ticket interface.

  • Themes: To bring in some cool color schemes.
You can expect these improvements to roll out to your accounts in the coming days. We believe we would be able to address almost all of your concerns through them. 

About 96% of our customers have moved to Zoho Desk and have felt a boost in their productivity. Here's a collection of some praise that we've received from many of you.

      

About two weeks from now, on the 25th of May, we will be ending access to the old interface. Users will not be able to switch from the Zoho Desk interface to the Zoho Support interface. Users on the Zoho Support interface will be automatically moved to the Zoho Desk interface. From that date onwards, only Zoho Desk will be available for use.

We understand that this might feel like an inconvenience for some of you. But we will do our best to ensure you're comfortably settled in the new interface.
