Hi,

I had an alias Jobs @ Chaiwala.com and 3 days ago, removed the alias and made it into an independent email of it' own.

I was able to login on Zoho and receive emails within minutes. But I am still unable to add this account into Thunderbird.

I am a developer, i know all my settings as perfect, I have used desktop clients now for over 15 years.

What am i doing wrong. Web is working but getting that above error in Thunderbird on a PC. My PC already has many zoho based emails.
