Ticket History Tab Suggestions

The ticket history has some great filter by functionality. I really enjoy the feature Show only my activities. I was brainstorming a few features that would be great additions to this section of the ticket.

- A toggle that allows you to Show only activities by (select an agent). This would allow you to filter activities by an agent.

- Allow a collapse all so it only gives the title and date/time of the action, but allow it to be clicked to expanded.

- The circle icon to the left of a history entry is clickable but it doesn't seem to do anything. It would be nice to be clicked to see the full comment (though a comment is already displayed) or see the full email in a pop up (since emails are not displayed in the history.
