I'm trying to read more than 5,000 tickets in via the API. Once the search gets to a "from" of 5000, the request always gets an Internal Server Error response of:
{"errorCode":"INTERNAL_SERVER_ERROR","message":"An internal server error occurred while performing this operation."}

I can reproduce every time just by searching past 5000
