Tickets submitted via email are not being received

Tickets submitted via email are not being received

Hi,

We are currently trialling Zoho Desk.

I have gone into Setup > Channels > Email and have setup a support email address (eg: XXXXX@username.zohodesk.com).

Email Fetching is switched to On.

We are currently testing and have sent a number of emails to the email address above but, nothing is appearing in Zoho Desk. Unsure what to do?
