Tighter integration between zCRM and zSUPPORT ???

Are there any plans to have better integration between crm and support?

We use CrmPlus and have access to the dedicated zoho support add-on but due to poor integration we use CRM cases.

We will eventually need to move to a dedicated support portal but with the current setup this will mean migrating totally to another provider.

I'd appreciate any info on future integrations between the two.
