We have a department in Desk that schedules sessions with customers, and it is mission critical that we tell them what time they are expected.

We use a Blueprint to set conditions, and Alerts (Notifications) are sent to the customers showing the agreed upon date and time.  

Sometime in late January the time function broke.  All of the times we enter are increased by six hours when they show up in the placeholder on an email template.

HELP;-)  

We have asked all users to go in and verify in their personal settings that we are all using the same time zone.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
