Time of Day Reporting

Is it possible to report on either of the following in Zoho Support?  If so, how?

1. Requests by open time (To show high volume times of day-- for instance, X tickets were opened between 8am-12pm, and Y tickets where opened between 12pm-5pm).  I have been able to figure out how to do this for particular dates by using the Request Open Time field as the Group By option, but this does not seem to allow for time to be taken into account.

2. Number of open tickets trended over time.
