◎発注書とは?
まず、発注とは仕入れ先から商品や資材、サービスを注文することです。その際に発行する文書を発注書と呼びます。
一般に、発注書には以下の項目が含まれます。

  • 発注書番号
  • 日付
  • 品目(商品)
※品目にはこちらが含まれます。
- 見積書の情報
- 請求先住所
- 送付先住所
- 契約条件に基づく数量
- 価格

発注書を使用することで、仕入先に商品と価格に関連する情報を残し、発送先住所に配達された商品や発行された請求書でクロスチェックを行うなどの処理も可能です。これにより、納品後のトラブルを防げます。

◎Zoho CRM で発注書タブを使用するメリット
Zoho CRMシステムでは、発注書フォームにデータを入力して発注書の詳細を保存できます。その他にも発注書タブを利用することで、以下のようなメリットが得られます。

  • 発注書データに、仕入先名や連絡先を関連付けられます。また、発注書のメールテンプレートを使用して、仕入先のメールアドレスに発注書のファイルを添付して送信できます。
  • 受注した商品に関する情報(商品名や販売価格、割引や税など)を記載できます。商品タブに登録された商品を関連付けられるので、簡単にかつ情報の誤りなくデータを管理できます。
  • PCまたはZoho CRM のドキュメントタブに格納されたファイルや、その他の外部サービスにアップロードされたデータ、URLを関連づけられます。対応している外部サービスは以下の通りです。
