Tip #17: Accesos a campos de Zoho CRM.

El consejo de hoy está enfocado en el nivel de acceso a ciertos campos de CRM. Cuando una empresa utiliza un CRM como principal base de datos de sus clientes, distintos departamentos colaboran y añaden información relevante de los mismos. Mientras que el departamento de ventas se centra en capturar datos sobre las necesidades del cliente, el departamento de finanzas registra datos bancarios. Por otro lado, el departamento de marketing registra qué campañas de redes sociales le han interesado más. Cada departamento cumple con su función, pero ¿necesitan todos tener acceso a todos los datos de este cliente?

Para estos casos, existe la opción de restringir ciertos campos de CRM. Con esta función puedes ocultar campos, o dar acceso de "sólo lectura". Por ejemplo, si uno de los campos de tus clientes es Cuenta Bancaria o Tarjeta de Crédito, puedes ocultar esta información a ciertas personas. O tal vez tengas un campo llamado Tipo de Cliente que categorice a los clientes según la relevancia que tienen, y no quieras que otros compañeros cambien esta categoría. En este caso, puedes usar el acceso de sólo lectura.

Para restringir los campos:
  1. Accede a Configuración > Personalización > Módulos y campos.
  2. Selecciona el módulo donde se encuentre el campo que quieras restringir.
  3. Haz clic en la pestaña de Campos y selecciona la vista Permisos de campo.
  4. Selecciona el tipo de acceso que quieras para el campo en cuestión. Por defecto, todos los campos se encuentran en Lectura y escritura.
  5. Haz clic en Guardar.


¡Y ya estaría! Dedica este momento para pensar si debes restringir alguno de los campos de otros módulos.
