Hello everyone!
Welcome back to our Tips & Tricks series, where we share useful features and tips to help you get the most out of Zoho Learn.
Today, we’ll look at adding multimedia to quiz questions. While text-based questions often work well, there can be times when images, audio, or videos can make your quizzes more engaging and easier to understand. Whether you’re testing learners on visual identification, pronunciation, diagrams, or product demonstrations, multimedia helps create a richer assessment experience.
For example, if you’re conducting a product training program for sales representatives, you can add an image of a product and ask learners to identify its model, or embed a short demonstration video and ask questions based on the features shown. Similarly, language trainers can include an audio clip to test listening comprehension, while technical trainers can use screenshots or diagrams to assess learners’ understanding.
Now, let’s look at how to add multimedia to your quiz questions.
- Open the course and navigate to the quiz.
- Create a new question or edit an existing one.
- Click the Insert Media option in the question editor.
- Choose or embed an image, audio, or video and click OK to save your changes.
Your learners will now see the multimedia content along with the question, making the quiz more interactive and engaging.
