Tooltip persists and is super annoying
In the new Zoho Desk, when you reply to a ticket, I find that most of the time at some point when I am mousing around during my reply, or if I just bump my mouse, etc, and I mouse over the toolbar icons, I get the tooltip pop up, but depending on your exact mouse motions, you can end up with your mouse no longer anywhere near the toolbar, yet the last tooltip your mouse was over will stay popped up and it won't "timeout" or go away on it's own. So when you are typing your response, your cursor/text can be right under the tooltip.
The only way to get the tooltip to go away is to again mouse over the toolbar then away from it.
Usually this happens immediately when replying to a ticket - you click "reply all" or whatever, and your mouse is right there near the area where the toolbar forms in when the reply window becomes active, and then tooltip pops-up
It occurs more often than I would like. Seems like it happens at some point in time, during every reply that I make. Sometimes I have canned text that I keep in notepad so I can open up a file quickly, copy all, and paste. So that action of mousing away from the Desk window to Notepad and back inevitably means my mouse passes over the toolbar, albeit at extremely high speed, seeing as I usually have at least 2 large cups of coffee in my by 10am.
It would seem to me that the issue is that the tooltips are too eager to pop up. I know what bold, italic, underline, etc are. I don't need an instantaneous tooltip suggestion, but that's the way it currently works...and that's not only annoying, it's problematically annoying.
If the tooltip only showed up on an extended hover (like 1 second even) then this issue I am having would completely go away.
