There's probably 10 ways to do this, ideally there's at least one that will work for us.

We have CRM and Desk linked.  We sell support hours in advance.  Ideally we enter the amount of hours or a dollar amount (or it's pulled from invoices) in Zoho CRM when the sales associate sells support hours .   Now, in Zoho Desk, when a customer calls for support I would like the support agent to see the amount of hours available (or dollar amount) for the account in Desk.  If they use time tracking it will deduct from the time available. The adjusted time available only needs to be viewable in Desk   If it get's low, they tell Sales and they sell more hours.
