Transfer a ticket to another Zoho Desk account
Hello,
I'm using Zoho One for 2 companies.
In Zoho Desk, I need to automate a rule, but can't find how !!
When a field has a certain value, I'd like the ticket to be transfered to my other Zoho Desk so I'll have important values like the name of the customer, email adress, and it will create a ticket in the transfered Desk
