I've task in Mail, and would like to start a workflow either via a (custom) button or when certain condition are met (in my case,  specific label). Does zoho Mail allow triggers and workflow ?

I had a look at Zoho Flow's Mail connector, but mail is the only trigger, no task. Or I'm using the wrong connector ?
