unable send any email , unable load tickets

Hi, 

We can’t send any mail with Zoho and also many times users click on a ticket and the ticket it’s not opening. when a ticket opens have this error : Ah, Snap! Something went wrong while fetching the thread. Please hold on for 5 seconds
