Hi Zoho Team,

Recently you introduced Retail – Standard and Retail – Premium templates for Sales Orders.
However, in the Sales Order module we still cannot filter or segregate Retail Sales Orders separately from normal B2B sales orders.

Because of this, operational workflow becomes difficult — retail orders and corporate orders get mixed in the same list, and we cannot track performance, dispatch priority, or conversion status properly.

Request 1 — Retail Filter
Please provide a filter option like:
Sales Order Type → Retail / Non-Retail (or Template-based filter)

Even template-name filtering currently does not work reliably in advanced filters.

Request 2 — Paid / Unpaid Sales Order Filter
We also need the ability to filter Sales Orders based on payment status.
Right now payment status is visible only after invoice conversion, but operationally we must know:

• Orders already collected advance payment
• Orders pending payment before dispatch

This is essential for dispatch control and credit management.

Kindly add filters for:
Advance Received / Not Received
or
Payment Linked / Not Linked

Looking forward to this improvement as it will significantly streamline retail operations.
