Hi,

I have created a business to my GoDaddy domain and during setup, I logged into my domain DNS provider to auto authenticate all the records to be configured properly.

I tested it and everything works fine sending and receiving emails as long as the domain name servers are set to default.

The problem appears and I can’t receive any mails when the domain name severs are changed from their default setting.

I have tried different approaches but nothing seems to work.

I am reaching out to this community in the hopes that someone else may have encountered a similar problem and discovered a solution.
