Unable to receive response from customer

Hi,

We are currently having issues with our Zoho Support. We are unable to see customers response after we respond to the ticket they have opened.

It's like we cannot see their reply with helpdesk (which is us..) though our customer said they did reply and we can see them come in to our email when we login but NOT ON ZOHO SUPPORT.

Please help this is Urgent.
