Hope someone can help me out.

I am new to WordPress and Zoho.

I have setup a WordPress site on IONOS using their managed WordPress installation.

I am using free Zoho mail and my domain is forwarding the e-mails to Zoho. I have aliases setup in Zoho.

I am using the same e-mail address as the alias to send WooCommerce transactional e-mails but I am not receiving any e-mails from WordPress into my Zoho mailbox. However I can send transactional e-mails from my WordPress site to another e-mail such as Outlook or Gmail. E-mails from Gmail, Outlook are delivered directly to my Zoho e-mail address without any problem only WordPress has issue with sending e-mails to Zoho.

Can someone clearly explain where the problem is? Is it with my domain provider (IONOS) whose not forwarding the e-mails or is it in Zoho and my e-mails from my domain are bounced?

If anyone give me some guidance I would be grateful.
