Unable to save integration in Desk
Hi, we are trying to integrate ZOHO CRM with DESK but from another customer, the integration looks like is correct after the authentication steps but when I hit CONFIGURE button and then select the Fields to be sync, I try to save the changes in order to satar the Syncing process then a error in a red little window is displayed:

what is this problem related to?
CRM version (Enterprise)
DESK version (Enterprise "trial")
NOTE: If I go to DESK portal, I can see the integration "done" and I can even sync my Products with the CRM but when try to sync users/accounts nothing happens (not even a window error) we are so frustrated because we need to integrate DESK before trial expires so we can validate this will be used as our needed solution for helpdesk.
