Unable to send emails to hotmail email adresses

Hi Concerned,

1. I am unable to send email to hotmail accounts. the error i am facing is attached below.
2. I can send email to gmail account but also the email is landing in spam to gmail accounts.



Would be grateful if an urgent solution is provided.
