Hello!

I have encounter this error. My account seems to be restricted from sending emails. I have send a little less than a hundred emails B2B all one by one. I had 10 bounced email out of the 100 I sent. And I don't see anything contrary to the policies. Also, checked the dashboard that indicates good status and in compliance.
