Unattended Access on Android without Play Store

Unattended Access on Android without Play Store

I'm testing Zoho Assist for remote config and maintenance of our IoT devices.
The devices are running Android 8.1 and do NOT have Google Play Store installed, nor can it be installed.

I've been able to install Zoho Assist on the devices and load the enrollment link.  However, the guest app never shows the device as enrolled.  Is there a solution?
