Unattended Access session confirmation exclusion list suddenly not working

As of Friday, the session confirmation exclusion list is not being respected.  Instead all remote sessions are prompting for confirmation, including those in the exclusion list.
For some of our critical shared machines this is a significant issue as the workflow doesn't include there being someone there to accept the connection.

If we turn off session confirmation entirely then it connects straight through, however this isn't consistent with our internal security standards so not something I can configure.

Is anyone else seeing this, or know how to troubleshoot/fix?
Have done the normal restart / client reinstall, not working so far.

Two of my colleagues logged tickets last week with no response, and I've just logged one myself to try and get some eyes on this, but thought I'd try here as well.
