Dear'm having problems with the email accounts associated with Zoho Mail service, in Chile there is dnsblchile.org DNSBL service is a free service and open to block spam in Chile, to check the IP Zoho Mail is listed as SPAM. When I send mail I receive these emails:
- The IP address
- 165.254.167.200 is listed under the category 127.0.0.11.
- 74.201.155.121 is listed under the category 127.0.0.11.
- 74.201.155.79 is listed under the category 127.0.0.11.
- 127.0.0.11 category groups DNSBL Chile IP addresses that currently send spam or IP addresses that do not comply with the RFC standard defined for SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol).
When attempting to remove an IP from spam lists only it indicates that 2 post could continue with the removal.
- The IP address has reverse mx.zohocorp.com 165.254.167.200
- The e-mail address postmaster@zohocorp.com needs to be enabled before continuing.
- The IP address has reverse mx2.zohocorp.com 74.201.155.121
- The e-mail address postmaster@zohocorp.com needs to be enabled before continuing.
- The IP address 74.201.155.79 is back mx3.zohomail.com
- Choose the e-mail address correct:
- postmaster@zohomail.com
- postmaster@mx3.zohomail.com
- The e-mail address needs to be enabled before continuing.
- If you do not control this email address, you do not meet the requirement to remove this IP address.
- If you ignore this warning and continuous, the IP could be off limits being eliminated by 7, 30 or 90 days, if the confirmation message bounces or is not used.
What should I do to solve this problem?
Thank you
