Deprecating LinkedIn Parsing via Resume Extractor | Zoho Recruit

Starting 31 July 2025, the Zoho Recruit Resume Extractor will no longer support direct parsing of candidate data from LinkedIn profiles.

Why Is This Change Needed?

In accordance with LinkedIn’s platform policies, extracting profile data through browser extensions is not a supported or legitimate method of data usage.

To remain compliant and build a stronger, long-term solution, we’re making this change as part of a larger plan to develop official integrations with LinkedIn, including LinkedIn Recruiter System Connect (RSC) and more.

This ensures that your data sourcing methods are not only efficient—but also fully supported and scalable in the long run.

What Does This Transition Mean for Zoho Recruit?

This shift helps Zoho Recruit to:
  • Build deeper and more secure integration with LinkedIn via official channels
  • Position ourselves to become a LinkedIn premium partner
  • Enhance the overall sourcing experience with better data quality and compliance

How Will This Benefit You?

Once these new integrations are live, you’ll be able to:
  • Sync candidate data seamlessly between LinkedIn and Zoho Recruit
  • Exchange recruitment insights and activity data between both platforms
  • Get access to smarter sourcing workflows, with richer data and enhanced automation—all from within Zoho Recruit

Need Support?

We’re here to support you through the transition. If you’d like help adjusting your workflow or exploring alternative ways to add candidate profiles, feel free to contact us at support@zohorecruit.com.

We appreciate your continued trust as we move towards building a future-ready, policy-compliant, and more powerful hiring experience with LinkedIn.

Bigger things are just around the corner.

Regards,
Team Zoho Recruit
