PLEASE CAN ANYONE HELP ME ????
I made a simple error when I setup my email account, and the "Reply To" field on email responses to customer inquiries is wrong. However I can't find a way to change it!!!
This is really bad because customers are trying to reply and their email is going nowhere -
not a satisfactory customer experience to say the least.
It appears to be pulling the Reply To information from the "Email ID" field in the mail account - but when I select the option to Edit these settings,
that field is not editable. Looks like a very serious bug ???
As a workaround, I tried to delete that email account and just re-create it. However when I do this and enter in exactly the same information (changing only the "Email ID" field so it is correct), I get a "cannot connect to email server" error. Despite the fact that it has been connecting to the email server all along, with the same settings. Tried this multiple times, it's definitely another bug and not an actual email server outage.
Is there anyone providing technical support for Zoho? I can't find any support contact information. Definitely not having a good out of the gate experience here ... desperately hoping for a rapid improvement. Besides this hiccup I like the product, but unfortunately it's going to be a showstopper for me if it can't be fixed.
