The problem arises when I attempt to open an attachment from within an email for viewing or downloading. Upon doing so, I find myself unable to navigate back to the dashboard of our email box. While I have discovered a temporary solution by clicking on the "Redirect" button, it only brings me back to the normal email interface. Unfortunately, the same error occurs as soon as I view or download the document, leaving me unable to return to the email dashboard.
As this issue persists across different web browsers, it is clear that it is not specific to a particular browser or its settings. This significantly impacts our productivity and workflow, as it hinders our ability to efficiently access and manage attachments within Zoho Mail.
