Using Aliases as Alternate Email Addresses (as in Forwarding)
We just launched Zoho mail at our company today, but I think we are confused how "aliases" work in Zoho mail. Do email addresses which are created as aliases ALSO receive emails sent to that alias? For example: I have a user whose email address is "andrew@c-ville.com" and several of his aliases we created include "events@c-ville.com" and "reviews@c-ville.com". Now, what happens when someone sends an email to "events@c-ville.com"?
Doesn't it make sense to forward that to Andrew? It doesn't make sense to add "events@c-ville.com" as a new user (it's not a new user, it's just another email address a current user uses and needs to receive mail at).
