Hoping someone can help me with a deluge question,

I'm trying to have zoho books create an estimate but on load i want to add a new line item.

Basically i want to create an estimate but i want at the bottom to add a header and a line item that is populated with pre defined text

I have worked out how to add information to custom fields but not how to add headers and lines, if anyone can help id appreciate it, see below for something similar to what i want automated, if possible a way to link it to a template id so i can change based the type of estimate sent to customer 

i.e.

Supply only

Supply & Install

Supply with delivery etc
