Using Description box in Add Ticket screen more efficiently in Zoho Desk
Dear Partner,
We are willing to process our works in Zoho Desk with less clicks. Thus we have an idea of using Description box in Add Ticket screen more efficiently.
In the latest version, if Description box is used and ticket is saved, the ticket is being displayed as a received mail from the carrier. However this ticket is saved to the system to be external ticket (Sigma Telecom to carrier).
Is it possible to send the written information in Description box directly to the carrier's mail and Additional Infomation mails (Sigma Account Manager and Partner Account Manager)?
