View On list for client?

Hi Newbie here investigating Zoho for our business.
Is there a way to have a "view only" display for our customers to see a list of their current tickets?
I am basically looking for a way to be able to report back to clients what the remaining Open tickets are, so open to suggestion if there is another feature that could achieve that!
