I've noticed views are specific to department. This makes sense for tickets, but for stuff like contacts and accounts it's somewhat confusing to have to recreate them for each department, and then they disappear all together when you select all departments (and you can't create a custom view in all departments). 

It would be nice if department agnostic modules could share views.
