Hello,

We use the Twilio phone integration in Zoho Desk. When a voicemail is left, it creates a Ticket in Zoho Desk, and we are able to listen to the audio recording in the Ticket.

My hope is to also have a voicemail-to-text transcription show up in the Ticket automatically.

Does anyone know how this could be accomplished?
