VQ Manager Stats incorrect.

VQ Manager Stats incorrect.

Hi I recently installed VQ Manager and configured port mirroring.  I am using the sniffing method.  My setup is as follows - Cisco UC560 to Netgear switch to cisco ip phones.  I am able to see all the calls and extensions in VQManager, however, the following stats do not change despite many QoS complaints from end users.

Delay 0
Jitter 0
Loss 0
MOS 4.4
R Factor 94



Is there something that I'm supposed to configure on the UC560?  the port mirroring is configured on the netgear.
