way to read/filter tickets by status, priority, email so on.(fieldName, fieldValue)

I still don't see a way to read/filter tickets by status, priority, email so on.(fieldName, fieldValue)

i found this and i need to know if it will search in all fields?

This one will search in all parameters.
not good for me.
