Hello,

I've generated a web form for my website to submit tickets from. But the tickets are not showing up on zoho. I know that the form is being submitted because it returns me back to the correct returnURL (specified in the web form property), but still nothing is showing up in zoho.

Am I missing something? Can anyone help?
