Web to lead form not working

I am starting to use this Zoho product (3 users for free) to see if it really does what it should prior to making a purchase decision.  One of the important parts of the ZOHO CRM is the ability to create a web form that auto generates a lead.  We have set this up and created the form as per instructions and put it on our site.  When we submit it seems to work but I do not see any Leads added or in the approval screen.

I simply do not know why this is not working (it does everything without error).

Any ideas?

Moderation Update (23rd June 2025):

The challenge arises when the CRM web form is hosted on sites built using WordPress, Google Sites, or similar site builders. In these cases, the site builders have iframes within which the webforms will be hosted. The source URL for this iFrame and the webpage URL will be different. 

When creating the webform in Zoho CRM, you enter the webpage URL instead of the iFrame source URL. Hence, the submissions are not fetched into the CRM. Entering asterisks (*) accepts records from any source, and the webform submissions are fetched. 

It is the current behaviour. Hence, we are locking the post.
